Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order items.
Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide a description of the issue along with photos if possible.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at sales@decksand.com.au to request a return authorisation.
Securely pack the item and include proof of purchase.
Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
